NyumbaHunt respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

This website does not use forms that store your data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this usage data on our behalf; it does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, phone number, budget and preferred areas.

How we use it

Only to help you find a home: sending matching properties, arranging viewings and following up on your search. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

To arrange viewings, we share your enquiry with the agent listing the home you are interested in. With your permission, we may also share your details with an owner, developer or advocate involved in a purchase.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling or messaging 0720 583 313.

Third parties

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Website usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC) under Google’s privacy policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded.
